Who is our client?
Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing international print management organisation with offices all over the world. Recent, significant contract wins have propelled them to be one of the leading names in marketing procurement in the UK.
Our client is now looking to take on an Account Administrator on a 6 month full time contract to assist with one of their key clients based in Deeside. You will be on site with the client and provide first class service to support the team’s needs. This is an amazing opportunity to begin their career within the print and marketing industry!
The role requirements
You will work closely with the client, colleagues and suppliers to deliver a first class service.
You will support the account management team.
You will be responsible for systems administration including enquiries, quotations, orders and invoicing.
You will be required to analyse excel spreadsheets and reformat where necessary.
You will manage the day to day operational functions.
What sort of people are we looking for?
Experience in an operational support role would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
Onsite client facing experience is preferred but not essential.
You must be a great communicator, with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the organisation.
You will be a great problem solver with an ability to think on your feet.
You will be IT literate and be able to learn new system.
You must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a solid ability with Excel Spreadsheets including pivot tables and V-Lookup
