Who is our client?
Our client is a growing print and packaging company based in the North East. They have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years making them a leader in their market.
Our client is now looking to take on a Junior Account Manager to service several of their clients and provide support for their Senior Account Managers.. You provide first class service for their printing and marketing needs. This is a great opportunity to begin a long and successful career within print and marketing.
The role requirements
You will take quotation requests from clients and process quotes and lead times for clients.
You will handle all incoming communication via phone, email and post.
You will liaise with various internal departments including artwork, production and client services to ensure your clients receive their orders on time.
You will proactively add value and upsell to other products to increase margins.
You will build an intimate working knowledge of your clients and their requirements.
You will process and record all project information using the custom MIS system.
You will directly respond to customer complaints and follow up the process to ensure service levels are maintained.
You will provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
You will update and inform management of current work in progress and status updates.
You will work to strict SLA’s to ensure continuity for the contact.
You will support the senior account manager/director to meet all KPI’s.
You will deal directly with print suppliers keeping deliveries within the SLA’s.
What sort of people are we looking for?
You must have a minimum of 2 years in a sales based role.
Call centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
Experience within print is not essential but beneficial.
You must have demonstrable customer service skills.
You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
You must be a great communicator, with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the organisation.
You will be a great problem solver with an ability to think on your feet.
You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems.
