The role of the Business Development Manager will be accountable for winning profitable new contracts, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, rapidly expanding National business. The business are looking for a highly motivated, energetic sales professional with an in depth understanding of Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.

The role requirements
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing key relationships with existing waste customers and securing new business.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, listening to customer requirements.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify sales opportunities with potential customers via leads from a variety of sources.
Build Pipeline management by developing and implementing sales activity plans.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the sales.
Attended appointments in order to fully understand customer requirements.
Cold call prospect businesses.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Work closely with the Commercial Manager in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Update, maintain and develop the CRM.
Participate in sale/ business meetings, corporate events and campaigns.
