The business have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Specialist to drive and develop market awareness, as well as delivering training and education for a broad and interesting product portfolio.
The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for educational activities and driving sales of your product categories. They work with a range of disposables and consumables used within a variety of hospital environments.you will work alongside all units across the business including experienced Sales Representatives, the Marketing team, finance and operations in a company which is growing rapidly in a competitive marketplace.

The role requirements
Managing key clinical relationships within theatre, wards and infection control, working with nurses, consultants, ODPs and theatre managers.
Achieve the highest possible satisfaction with using the clients products.
Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of the company's products.
Ensure that all relevant company documentation are completed correctly on time.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all relevant times.
Promote the positive benefits of the portfolio and advantages for customers.
Implement agreed activity plans in order to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Deliver appropriate training and Provide expert advice and reassurance to new users of all staff and medical professionals in order to achieve excellent acceptance and user satisfaction.
What sort of people are we looking for?
ODP or Nursing qualification - Active pin required , preferably with operating theatre experience.
Teaching or training qualification - Desirable
Ability to promote product benefits and encourage usage
Excellent communication and verbal skills - presenting will be a key part of the role.
Confidence to handle Consultants and staff.
Must be highly presentable and professional
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to resolve issues positively and develop solutions.
