Who is our client?
My client is a leading household goods manufacturer who is immediately seeking to appoint a Key Account Planner who will manage orders for some of their key trade customers (Currys / AO etc). You will use SAP software to process orders and create deliveries. The successful candidate will be required to work Mon - Fri during office hours (8:30am - 5pm)
The role requirements
You will work within the Key Account Planning team managing bulk orders through the Supply Chain process.
You will action orders from placement, through stock allocation, booking and to delivery creation ensuring you provide excellent customer service.
You will need to liaise internally with all areas of logistics as well as commercial and demand planning teams to ensure availability for your orders.
You will also need to liaise with the trade customers to secure bookings and manage orders / stock etc.
You will need to communicate and provide feedback to Commercial Account Managers regarding your customers.
You will use SAP system to process new orders and create deliveries.
You will ensure specific KPI targets are also met.
What sort of people are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have demonstrable end to end customer service skills in a similar planning / key accounts role.
You are confident and proficient in the use of PC’s and new IT applications with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel etc.
You have good time management skills and show keen attention to detail.
You have previous planning experience and are motivated and dedicated to completing tasks.
You hold a National / International CPC qualification and understand fleet management, operational processes and systems.
You have a flexible approach to your role and play to win.
