They are now looking for an assertive and highly customer focused Warehouse Administrator to come on board who can hit the ground running, this is a great opportunity for the right person who is wanting to progress within their career with a successful well known blue chip company.
The role requirements
Compliance with safety regulations.
Develop yourself continuously on all systems.
Work on various project work at one time.
Ensure that the sales orders are available to the picking team at the optimum time and be co-responsible for the necessary corrections of the daily priorities.
Receiving planning in collaboration with Distribution team.
Co-responsible for all value-adding and value-reducing internal warehouse postings
Be in regular communication with the supply chain team, the distribution team and Customer Services.
Create various reports.
Co-responsible for the implementation of the permanent inventory.
What sort of people are we looking for?
Prior experience in the logistics Industry.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of different processes.
High level of customer service skills.
Vocational training in the logistics environment - advantageous.
Analytical, results-orientated, independent and team working method.
Experience with handling equipment and systems in the warehouse.
Eager to learn and self develop.
Able to remain calm at stressful and busy times.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent level of written and oral communication.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Versatile and adaptive.
