Our client engage on a diverse range of projects, managing the conception, design, manufacturing and installation on projects such as specialist joinery, modular buildings and security and working alongside architects & specifiers, main & fit-out contractors, government offices and corporations, both large and small.
The role requirements
Your duties as an Operations Manager / Director will include -
To make sure the company achieves the highest possible levels of quality in relation to service, delivery of products and meeting or excelling with client and company expectations.
Both directly and indirectly managing and been able to encourage the Operations team to reach their full potential and develop further business opportunities with new or existing clients.
To ensure the delivery of the company products are always on time and services to the clients of high standard, all whilst keeping within the budget.
Overseeing the product and system development by motivating the team to develop their proficiency and promote the company’s image.
The formulate, communicate and execute the Operational Policy, ensuring the right systems are in place to support this.
Ensure that operational systems and procedures allow the delivery of agreed aims by the Board or with fellow Directors, and to develop a productive base outside of the team with the same requirements.
To ensure there is appropriate focus on sales and marketing so further development can be made to products and systems while retaining agreed quality standards and timescales.
