Who is our client?

Our client is a growing and reputable Distribution business and they are currently expanding rapidly. You have a predominantly PA / Exec Asst background with an interest and understanding of HR administration. My client urgently requires to appoint a PA / Executive Assistant to work at their fast paced, demanding head office site in West Yorkshire.

The role requirements

You will provide executive assistant and administrative support to the Executive team as well as the Head of HR

You will organise and coordinate meetings, meet and greet visitors, diary schedules, travel arrangements and other business events.

You will produce comprehensive minutes from all attended meetings within appropriate timescales.

You will work closely with the HR Director on company-wide HR initiatives that require organisational and administrative activity.

You will manage and screen telephone calls for the Exec team as well as undertaking Ad Hoc admin on behalf of the CEO and CFO.

You will assist in HR requirements which will include; team briefings, disciplinaries and recruitment.

What sort of people are we looking for?

You have demonstrable experience of working in a confidential environment with experience of taking minutes at board meetings.

You have a high level of detail consciousness, accuracy and timeliness

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally as well as in writing

You have the ability to manage a busy workload with often conflicting priorities

You are a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a sometimes challenging environment

You are inquisitive and have a proactive yet methodical approach to your work

You are able to make new ideas and initiatives work

You can easily converse with senior stakeholders as you will regularly converse with CEO level contacts / suppliers / customers.
