Who is our client?
Our client is a large food manufacturing business and they are currently urgently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst for a fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving and growing business. You will need to have demonstrable supply chain experience in a similar role/environment.
The role requirements
In this role you will check daily orders, investigating any issues and liaising with both internal and external Planning Teams.
You will track all orders vs sales and flag any longer term problems that arise.
You will track SKUs and store in stock/inventory as well as waste measures with a view to resolving any issues via root cause analysis.
You will work closely with the customers supply team with regards to implementing forecast changes, highlighting any order changes to the Planning Team..
You will track price changes and understand what impact any unplanned activity will cause and advise the Supply Chain Planning Team.
You will arrange and run monthly 30/60/90 forecasting meetings with clear objectives and follow up with actions. .
You will hold daily conference calls with the customers Supply Team in order to understand and agree what actions are needed, feeding all Factory impacts to the Planning Team.

You are driven and ambitious;
You ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Supply Chain Planning / Analytical role.
You are enthusiastic and motivated with ”a can do, will do“ attitude
You can demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, analytical and attention to detail skills .
You have the ability to plan ahead, whilst working to deadlines and targets
You have excellent IT and Administrative skills
