Who is our client?
Our client is a leading household goods manufacturer who is immediately seeking to appoint a Health, Safety & Training Administrator. You will be working out of their satellite distribution centre in Manchester area. The successful candidate will ensure ongoing administrative support to the Training Team and HS Manager.
The role requirements
You will communicate both internally and externally across all business functions, dealing with suppliers on a regular basis.
You will manage the Academy uniform and equipment stock, ensuring all items are available upon request and accurately accounted for.
You will ensure new suppliers are are set up in line with Whirlpool policy.
You will be responsible for raising orders via SAP when instructed.
You will manage the PNC process, ensuring notices are paid promptly to reduce inflated fines.
You will support the training team in administrative matters, producing any literature for training use.
What sort of people are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have some experience in an administrative position, some knowledge of training or health & safety procedures would be beneficial.
You should have strong IT, communication and negotiation skills .
You should have a good financial comprehension .
You should be flexible, energetic and be able to work on own initiative .
