The role requirements

Following a territory switch of an existing employee within the business due to relocation, our client currently have a successful and warm sales patch up for grabs! Our client are now looking for a credible and technical sales professional with a background in technical Air Conditioning / AHU / Chiller sales, who has a real gift for project sales management to take the reigns.

You will be instrumental in the development, maintenance and servicing of accounts located across the M62 corridor, as well as picking up on any new enquiries.

You will drive specifications and increased market share with existing client groups.

You will have key focus on relationship development, with particular focus working with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Consultants and End Users.

What sort of people are we looking for?

You will have 3+ years Sales/ Account Management skills

You must have a well-rounded knowledge of Air Conditioning/heating and ventilation principles/applications.

You must be qualified in Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services with ideally a HND or degree as a minimum.

You must be a good communicator with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the client organisation.

You must have a passion for relationship development and account management.

You must be capable of carrying out technical consultations, pricing, quotations, and negotiations with contacts.
