The role requirements
Due to continued expansion, our client are now looking to take on another Key Account Manager to help take the reigns on this thriving territory! With preferred supplier status already secured with several major clients across the London region, our client are now looking for a credible and technical, sales account manager from within the HVAC sector, who has a real gift for maintaining and growing relationships.
You will be instrumental in the development, maintenance and servicing of several major key accounts located around the M25/ London.You will drive specifications and increased market share with existing client groups.
You will have key focus on relationship development - getting close to the customer to achieve ultimate strategic objective of increasing our client’s market share through sustainable long term relationships.
You will be capable of creating presentations and seminars, planning meetings, producing monthly sales reports and having an understanding of market requirements.
What sort of people are we looking for?
You will have 5+ years Sales/ Account Management skills and an exceptional knowledge of HVAC System Design.
You must have a well-rounded knowledge of Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services with a HND or degree as a minimum.
You will need to be heavily involved in developing and implementing company strategy, cross working with various other departments within the organisation.
You must be a good communicator with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the client organisation.
You must have a passion for relationship development and account management.
You must be capable of carrying out technical consultations, pricing, quotations, and negotiations with contacts.
