Their brands are respected for their quality and authenticity through working with their trade partners.

Due to continued expansion, our client are now looking to take on a Trade Marketing Manager to support delivery of the EU country strategies through the development and delivery of Trade Marketing activities.

The role requirements

Contribute to the UK brand planning process by inputting European country strategy & objectives to identify any collateral ensuring the EU team is kept updated on UK initiatives.

Create and manage the European Trade Marketing budget.

Lead the development and delivery of the European Commercial Calendar, combining UK and European initiatives, both on-time and within budget.

Support the Brand Ambassador programme through development of all selling & display material.

Support European sales team through provision of all Trade Marketing collateral.

Develop and share execution best practice models, based on evaluations, for the monthly drivelines.

Champion and facilitate delivery of European NPD by aligning internal stakeholders, building business cases, and representing the initiative at the Product Management Review meeting.

What sort of people are we looking for?

5 years+ Commercial or Trade Marketing experience ideally in a branded environment

Excellent inter-personal, relationship building and leadership skills, with demonstrable evidence of delivering business change.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

A proactive individual with strong planning, organisation and time management skills.

Knowledge of the independent wholesale / retail routes to market is desirable.

Multi lingual: English fluent, good knowledge of Dutch & German, French advantageous
