Our client, are a are a leading manufacturer drinks company who have been established for over 100 years.They are growing at a rapid pace and have ambitious growth plans with the plan to double their stockist in the next few years. Due to continued expansion, our client are now looking to take on an Experienced Brand Manager.
To support initiatives that drive awareness of the clients Brand range, deliver exciting innovation and
Campaigns. You will also help to grow the company's Brand and Market share and help improve the customer experience.
The role requirements
Work with their trade & consumer PR agency to generate publicity for their brands.
Assist in the generation and implementation of campaigns to drive brand awareness/equity.
Guide the Marketing Assistant in driving followers and engagement across their social channels.
Support on renovation and innovation plan and project management.
Manage through all pack design changes from design and artwork through to production
Help lead the Trade Show plan including liaising with third parties and managing all logistics account development.
Management of their VIP account.
Responsibility for customer account planning to deliver YOY growth.
Support the sales team with the sell in of their brands to customers.
What sort of people are we looking for?
CIM qualification /Marketing degree.
Proven Brand Manager Experience with other elements of marketing experience - i.e PR, Social Media etc.
Strong creative judgement, challenger brand mentality.
Understanding of consumer drivers and marketing/brand health metrics and KPIs.
Good communication skills.
IT and finance literate.
Developing business acumen.
Extremely organised, great attention to detail and willing to work hard.
Solution focused (use initiative/give suggestions when problems arise).
Experience of operating in a luxury/premium goods market preferred.
