Our client, are an advance award winning healthcare company, who focus on advanced Medical technology, they specialises in a range of Critical Care devices, and have a global presence in over 10 countries.
Due to continued expansion, our client are now looking to take on an Clinical Specialist to provide training and support to health care professionals. you will be Working alongside the key account management team, which involves supporting and facilitating new product evaluations
The role requirements
To work closely with account manager team to ensure high quality and timely training on all products.
Build professional value relationships with the identified customers..
Fulfil customer requests for information and/or expertise by co-ordinating with the appropriate resources within the team e.g. supplying literature, providing training, product knowledge etc.
Attend meetings and training sessions as designated by the management team.
To comply with all UK regulatory guidelines.
What sort of people are we looking for?
My client are looking for someone who would be happy with a role that involves a significant element of travel and the likelihood of some time away from home, you must be able to demonstrate good planning and organisation skills along with an entrepreneurial can do attitude. You will be working with a wide range of different customers internal and external you must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
