With a globally recognised brand, an established network of R&D, Production and Distribution Facilities, and cutting edge products & service, it’s no surprise that their international reach and influence is continually scaling new heights year on year.
Due to continued expansion, our client are looking to take on an A2W Heat Pump Specialist to help take the reins on the Engineering Support and Service function. With growing momentum & reputation, our client are seeking a credible and technical, engineering support professional from within the Heat Pump/ VRF/ Chiller sectors, who has a real gift for managing customer relationships and providing effective solutions. .
The role requirements
The role is 80% office based working in a team to answer installer, customer & dealer queries via phone or email, running training courses and learning about new products. 20% will be out in the field.
When you are called out, that means everything else has failed, so you need to be able to work and communicate under pressure.
You will need to be comfortable commuting to Berkshire.
What sort of people are we looking for?
Are you in possession of an up to date F-GAS qualification?
Do you have a well-rounded knowledge of Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services ideally with an HND or degree qualification as a minimum?
While still working on air products, this client is expanding in the areas of Water and Chilling so if you have these skills it would be a bonus!
Ideally you will have been working on commercial sites and be comfortable and used to working with contractors and consultants. This will be a commercial focussed role, not domestic.
You will need to be able to read circuit diagrams and visualise faults over the phone to come up with solutions.
You must be a good communicator, with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the client organisation.
You must be capable of carrying out technical consultations.
