Due to their ongoing success they now have a brand new opportunity available for a energetic, talented and passionate Account Manager to report into the Business Development Manager and assist in growing their business further. The role requirements

You will be responsible for representing the business within the clean tech arena, ensuring to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product.

This position requires someone who is meticulous, driven and has some previous experience of selling a technical product across both an existing customer base, and to new clients (with approximately a 50:50 split).

Experience selling through a number of different sales channels is advantageous, including utility companies, housing associations, housing developers and direct to customer.

You must be able to provide the utmost in customer service to your customers, able to manage a varied and sometimes complex workload and manage disputes and challenges professionally and productively.

You will ideally live in the Oxfordshire area but be willing to travel frequently to visit customers and offer them updates on product development, carry out training etc. Also attending events and trade shows to represent the business where necessary.

What sort of people are we looking for?

3+ years managing accounts and developing new business.

Ability to understand technical products (background in HVAC, Facilities Management, Engineering preferable).

Have a good work ethic and a passionate desire to learn.

Effortless communicator with great organisational and time management skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with both existing and new customers.

Ability to achieve and comfortable with CRMs and pipeline management.
