Due to their high success rate of their product range they now have an exciting opportunity for a Surgical Account Manager to cover London and the South East , this role will suit someone who enjoys working with a vast range of Surgical Consumable products and enjoys establishing long term relationships with their clients.

The role requirements

To sell, cross sell and upsell the surgical product range at all given opportunities.

Work with Key opinion leaders such as surgeons, theatre managers etc to ensure they are getting the best products for their needs and requirements.

You will be developing existing business across the London and South East territory.

Establish strong relationships with current customers and develop new accounts.

Resolve any customer concerns or complaints.

Collaborate with the sale and clinical team to define and implement the best approach strategy.

What sort of people are we looking for?

Excellent rapport building and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive skills.

Hospital / surgical / consumable sales experience advantageous however the client will look at someone with a strong commercial Account Management background from other industries who are interesed in a career in the Medical industry.

Track-record of delivering and driving results.

High level of knowledge of the current NHS structure, potential organisational changes and business methods.

Full clean UK driving licence.
