They are currently recruiting for a Brand Marketing Executive within their Stoma team to support their ambitious growth plans. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful business. This is a key role within the marketing team, with guidance from the management team you will lead on activities that support the brand management, this will involve a Strong focus on creating, sourcing and analysing quality content. This role requires a strong communicator and someone that can demonstrate collaborative working on projects
The role requirements
You will be required to do Marketing planning, strategy and execution.
Regular Marketing research.
Help with written materials, literature and promotional items.
To develop and deliver successful direct mail campaigns throughout the year.
Co-ordinate interesting and relevant content.
To build relationships with key opinion leaders.
To work collaboratively with the Digital Brand Manager regarding content creation, news articles and PR opportunities.
Building effective relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
Product launch planning and implementation.
Budget management with managerial support and guidance.
Analyses information and trends.
Monitors the effect of campaigns, feeds back to the department.
Manages external suppliers and agencies.
Influences sales team to align with product/brand plans.
Can-do approach, looks for new ways to work, uses evidence to build proposals.
Plans and manages product launch events with managerial support and guidance.
What sort of people are we looking for?
You must have a Marketing related qualification.
2 years previous relevant marketing experience.
Excellent project management abilities.
Copywriting and proof reading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to demonstrate collaborative working on projects.
Strong relationship builder.
Confident presentation skills.
Experience of working across cross functional groups.
Able to interpret and analyse data.
Excellent IT and time management skills.
