The business specialise in providing waste management & recycling solutions for a range of clients from SME's to large corporate companies. My client have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive and develop sales in their territory area, they are a true leader in their field, and are offering a rewarding, structured and progressive career path.
This role requires door to door B2B direct sales and up-selling to existing customers, primarily focusing on new business, however there will also be an element of Account Management following the contracts that you have signed. Using your expertise you will be required to research and develop new leads within your territory.
The role requirements
Door to door canvassing; B2B always presenting the company in a professional way, sell their features and benefits of their services.
Up-sell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers.
Cross-sell all of the clients additional services.
Participation in regional networking events, showcasing Services to potential prospects.
Pre-qualify opportunities to ensure they meet ‘business fit’ and pass credit check.
Booking appointments with target organisations key management.
Diary management.
