Why do we have a Candidate Charter?
At TALENTi we think it's so important to be transparent and fair. It defines who we are as a company and gives you a measure of the people who make up our team. Of course it's very easy to make a vague, verbal commitment to a candidate in the throws of a call so we have decided to put it in writing.

We undertake an in-depth screening of all clients before submitting your CV to them. If practical, we meet face-to-face with our clients so we can get a full understanding of their business so we can make you fully aware of the business outlook, company structure and your potential place within that company.
We will never send your CV to a client without your permission.
Feedback is vitally important to us and we promise to offer timely feedback. We will always respond to any query from you as soon as physically possible.
If you attend an interview with one of our clients we will provide feedback to you as soon as possible, even if it is negative. Guaranteed.
We will endeavour to truly understand you, your values, aspirations and your requirements for your next role in order to provide you with an outstanding service and, ultimately, the best position for you.

What we ask of you
We ask you to be fair, open and honest with us.
If you accept another role, whether that be direct with an employer or through a recruitment agency, we ask that you notify us immediately so we can inform our clients and cease representing you in the market.
To provide us with your CV within 24 hours of you making us aware of your interest in a vacant position we are advertising.
To have a face-to-face meeting, if geographically possible. We aim to get a full understanding of your aims, aspirations and role requirements and meeting with you helps us to achieve this.
To provide us with timely feedback once you have been interviewed at one of our clients.
To not contact clients directly unless there is a prior agreement with TALENTi.
