Our client, are an ambitious, well established and successful Ground Maintenance company, due to growth they are now looking to employee a Contract Manager to join their expanding team. The business are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong Management background and experience in Ground Maintenance/ landscaping. They are now looking for a motivated, tenacious and committed Contract Manager, to manage a new contract around the North west area, they need someone who can help the client maintain their Market leading position in the Grounds Maintenance industry. If you are a dynamic, hardworking and forward thinking Contract Manager with experience in managing commercial grounds maintenance work this could be an excellent opportunity for you. You will require great interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment and will posses a proactive and positive approach to your daily tasks.

The individual must obtain strong management skills, as you will be managing your Team on a daily basis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical success factor.

Time Management will be a big part of your role as you will be required to deliver grounds maintenance work on-time to a specified standard.

Recruiting and training Field Teams , demonstrating the importance of high quality standards at all times.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Providing management reports.

You must be confident with pricing, selling, and managing landscaping work..

Experience in a similar role - landscaping or grounds maintenance.

Management experience.

Further education, ideally in Horticulture advantages.

Experience of Pricing new maintenance sites under tender.

Be comfortable working in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
