Our client are a family owned, highly successful, rapidly expanding National waste management business who have been established for over 50 years. The business specialise in providing waste management & recycling solutions for a range of clients from SME's to large corporate companies. My client have a great opportunity for an articulate and enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to help support their sales team, they are a true leader in their field, and are offering a rewarding, structured and progressive career path.

Your job will be to support the Sales team in ensuring that all new sales are accurately recorded within the CRM, this will require someone who can work in a fast paced environment, who is computer literate and self-motivated.

The role requirements

Check the accuracy of the customer details.

Ensure that all contracts that are sent to Service for siting are actioned and returned.

Process contract cancellations from key account.

Manage and administer the entering of new sales.

Liaise with service to ensure new contracts are sited.

Undertake credit checks and ensure integrity of information provided..

Enter customer details into the CRM

Check all new customer details and ensure that contracts sheet has been completed in full.
