Our client are a leading Global Healthcare company with a strong presence across the UK and international markets, boasting over 100 years of selling a broad range of consumable medical devices. Due to a high success rate of their wound care existence in several countries they have now built a dedicated team in the UK, and are looking to add to the team.

They are looking for a highly ambitious, energetic and motivated Healthcare Development Manager to help the company becoming a major contributor to being a market leader in the Wound Care industry.As a business they have ambitious growth plans over the next few years, they need someone who can create new business opportunities and thrive in a dynamic and challenging role.

The role requirements

Identify and build new accounts and solutions for Customers.

As a field based Partnership Development Manager, you will work cross functionally with the sales and clinical team.

Conduct local training days.

Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion leaders to help grow revenue.

Nurture and lead existing and new accounts to deliver incremental sales.

Make sure market share targets are met.

Achieve sales targets and develop a plan for maximum return on investment.

You will be required to Identify trends and profitable business opportunities by scoping out the NHS market for forthcoming product launches and existing products.

Develop a solution-based selling strategy in order to create customer value.

Help the business become a market leader in the UK.

What sort of people are we looking for?

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Track-record of delivering and driving results.

In-depth NHS knowledge.

Successful key account management background in medical devices, preferably gained within wound care however this is not essential.

High level of knowledge of the current NHS structure, potential organisational changes and business methods.

Strong presentation and business planning skills.

Working knowledge of the tendering, contracts and procurement process.

You will be an ambitious, tenacious, and self motivated person.

Full clean UK driving licence.
