Our client is a major food manufacturing business operating out of a number of sites across the UK, supplying a broad range of products to all of the major retailers. They offer a great working environment and excellent opportunities for career development and now have an opening for a CIPD qualified Administrator to join their Human Resources team.
The role requirements
Working as part of a busy HR team, you will play a key role in providing a high level of HR support to the business.
In this varied role, you will be helping to plan and forecast labour requirements, support recruitment activities, and provide general HR guidance and advice to colleagues at all levels across the site.
You will also participate in various HR projects, ensure initiatives and changes are communicated effectively, and help maintain GDPR compliance.
What sort of people are we looking for?
You will ideally have previous experience of working in an HR role in a manufacturing business and will have demonstrable knowledge of HR legislation and employment law.
This is a busy, challenging position so you will need to be somebody who is organised, able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
Confident in your approach, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop good relationships with colleagues across the business.
Please note that you must have achieved or be working towards CIPD Level 3 in order to be considered for this position.
