Our client is a large parcels distribution business and they are currently undertaking a sustained period of growth and transformation. As a Network Planning Analyst you will be providing the analytical support required to support the Operational Planning Team. This role is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with an immediate start available.

In this role you will will be providing a high standard of analytical support to the Operational Planning Team.

You will develop weekly, monthly and analytical operational reports that measure ‘plans vs actual results’.

You will host analytical workshops to help develop the analytical knowledge of the operational business function.

You will create, manage and maintain trend analysis based on data from various data feeds.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the planning, operations and commercial functions.

You will identify and deal with escalations, identifying root cause where needed.

You will produce and subsequently communicate relevant and timely management information through a series of daily, weekly and periodic reports.

You are computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of packages such as Excel, Access and Tableau.

You have demonstrable experience of working with high volume data.

You have the ability to interpret trends and articulate analysis verbally as well as through a series of illustrative tools.

You ideally have an understanding of SQL.
