Who is our client?

My client are a designer and manufacturer of specialist safety products and they are immediately seeking to appoint an Operations Administrator. Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager you will be based at their HQ in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be supporting a range of operations projects and assisting with operations admin duties.

The role requirements

You will be gathering internal data as well as data from external sources.

You will be responsible for chasing 3rd parties on project deadlines.

You will be carrying out data analysis as well as assisting on presentations.

You will assist with the implementation of any software and systems in the business, (development required on the current ERP system).

You will be assisting with the review of process flows as well as the documentation of standard operating processes across the business too.

You will be researching information and providing support to the different admin areas across the operations team when required.

You have strong organisational skills and a commitment to personal development.

You can demonstrate good communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

You ideally have an understanding (or knowledge) of ERP systems.

You have demonstrable administrational experience in an operational/manufacturing environment.

You may have experience with dealing with international shipments and negotiating with transport companies.

Ideally you have good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentations
