Our client, are a leading Automotive Engineering company who work with a vast amount of exciting technologies and materials, they manufacture a broad range of engineering components, and pride themselves on having an exceptional reputation for both product quality and service.

Due to continued expansion my client are expanding their quality team, they are now looking for a Quality Engineer with proven experience within a Automotive environment.

You will Collaborate with customers both quality and engineering to determine critical part features.

Resolve any quality issues of capability, tolerancing and materials related issues.

Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers.

Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes.

Oversee the controlled document system to ensure quality certifications requirements are met.

Coordinate and direct external 3rd party registration/ surveillance audits.

You will have proven track record of driving continuous quality improvement in a Automotive environment.

It is essential that you have experience in the automotive industry.

Ideally you will have experience in an organisation that have supplied large OEM’s.

It would be advantageous if you have worked with Javelin MRP Systems.

Experience managing quality management systems - TS ISO16949.

You must be able to use own initiative and be productive without being prompted.

Excellent time management and organisation skills are key.
