The role of the Technical Sales Executive will be accountable for managing key accounts and ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner. To assist with all pricing and technical issues by working closely with all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, rapidly expanding National business. The business are looking for a highly motivated, Technical individual with an understanding of Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management or related experience. The role requirements
Produce written reports to management.
Communicate and liaise with all parties.
Help assist with audits at customer’s premises.
To comply with all applicable environmental legislation.
To make technical and commercial judgments, within the framework of company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent communication to customers and colleagues.
Ensure that technical support is provided to customers when samples are submitted to the laboratory.
What sort of people are we looking for?
Experience in a similar role.
A degree in Chemistry (or equivalent).
Be comfortable working in a team environment and alone.
Adhere to company health and safety procedures.
Pursue personal development skills and knowledge that are necessary for the role.
Experience of the waste industry - advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
