The business specialise in providing waste management & recycling solutions for a range of clients from SME's to large corporate companies. My client have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive and develop sales in their territory area, they are a true leader in their field, and are offering a rewarding, structured and progressive career path.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, tenacious and energetic individual to work at a rapidly expanding company. The Sales Executive is required to contact new prospects to introduce the business and the brand in a professional manner, you will also contact existing customers to upsell/cross sell their services.You will be expected to regularly update the CRM system and generate secure quality, qualified appointments for the sales team, the performance will be measured against a set of KPI’s.

The role requirements

To undertake outbound telemarketing activities and book qualified appointments for the field based teams.

Handle inbound calls from potential customers.

Meet and exceed sales revenue targets in line with agreed KPI’s.

Build, manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.

To identify cross-selling and up selling opportunities and referrals for other areas of the business.

Pre-qualify opportunities to ensure they meet ‘business fit’ and pass credit check.

To continually update and cleanse the prospect database with key marketing and competitor information as directed.

Complete contractual and compliance paperwork accurately.

Liaise with Area Sales Managers and National Teams ensuring the diaries and target data lists are up to date.

Liaise with all departments within the business.

Diary Management and priority planning.

Attendance and participation in sales meetings.
