Who is our client?

Our client is a highly successful and rapidly growing international print management organisation with offices all over the world. Recent, significant contract wins have propelled them to be one of the leading names in marketing procurement in the UK.

Our client is now looking to take on an experienced relationship manager to be the first point of contact between their clients and internal departments.. You provide first class service for their printing and marketing needs.

The role requirements

First point of contact for their client and internal department along with print suppliers..

You will ensure that all client briefs, orders and artwork are correct and passed to the right departments..

You will build an intimate working knowledge of your clients and their requirements.

You will process and record all project information using the custom MIS system.

You will directly respond to customer complaints and follow up the process to ensure service levels are maintained.

You will provide exceptional customer service to all clients

You will update and inform management of current work in progress and status updates.

You will work to strict SLA’s to ensure continuity for the contact..

You will support the senior account manager/director to meet all KPI’s.

You will deal directly with print suppliers keeping deliveries within the SLA’s.

What sort of people are we looking for?

You must have a minimum of 3 years in a print service role.

You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.

Onsite client facing experience is preferred but not essential.

You will have good working knowledge of print production with the ability to advise and guide clients/internal staff.

You must be a great communicator, with the ability to work with, inspire and lead a range of different people within the organisation.

You will be a great problem solver with an ability to think on your feet.

You will be IT literate and be able to learn new systems.
