Warehouse Customer Service Executive

Our client ,are a thriving and rapidly growing company who manufacturer and distributor healthcare products across the globe they are a true market leader in the Medical devices market, having recently acquired another part to their business. They are now looking for an assertive and highly customer focused Executive to come on board who can hit the ground running, this is a great opportunity for the right person who is wanting to progress within their career with a successful well known blue chip company.

You will play a fundamental role in developing relationships with customers face to face. you will require great interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment and will posses a proactive and positive approach to your daily tasks.

Deal with customers requests in a timely and professional manner.

Manage orders, providing delivery status and looking after claims and return.

Develop strong relationships and communicate proactively to drive customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to help Organise the logistics of the warehouse.

Experience in a similar role - Logistic and warehousing background advantageous.

Support on reporting and KPI’s.

Great attention to detail.

High level of written and interpersonal communication skills.

Able to prioritise and organise workload.

Able to work well as part of a team or on own initiative.

Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customers.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills..
